Refund Policy
Last update: August 20, 2026
Short version: your subscription is billed by Apple, so Apple handles refunds — not Jyva directly. Here is how to proceed.
Why Apple and not Jyva?
Jyva subscriptions pass entirely through the App Store billing system (StoreKit). Jyva never has access to your payment information (card number, etc.) — Apple collects the payment, and is therefore the one able to process a refund request.
How to request a refund
- Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with the Apple ID used for the subscription.
- Or, on iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Jyva, or in the App Store app, tap your profile then "Subscriptions".
- Follow Apple's instructions to report the problem and request a refund.
Apple processes these requests according to its own rules — Jyva does not intervene in the decision to grant or deny a refund.
The 14-day free trial
Before any charge, you have a 14-day free trial to test the app in real conditions. This is the best way to avoid needing a refund: you will know before paying if Jyva suits you. You can cancel during the trial without any payment being debited (see the Terms of Service for cancellation details).
A technical problem instead of a refund?
If something is not working correctly in the app (bug, failed scan, broken sync), contact support directly — we prefer to fix the problem rather than see you leave.
Android (upcoming)
Once the application is available on Google Play, this page will be updated with the corresponding refund procedure, managed by Google.
